Can anyone help me with a problem. I recently planted 2 Raphia palms in the same vacinity. One is doing great, the other looks as though it is dying from lack of water. I know thats not the case. It gets plenty of water, and it is planted within 7 feet of a lake. Any input would be great.

Rot or Bugs would be my guess.... but Florida growing is so much different than California I wouldn't hazard more of a guess.. which leaves are dying first and what do they look like?
