someone gave hub's an under the counter hot water heater(30 gal) couple years ago. A few years back,I was visiting another grower that had used hot water(pipes) running under the soil(or maybe it was under the table) in a propagation table to heat the soil. Has anyone seen this done before and/or know where I could get instructions so we could build one?

Hot water heater
It can get expensive , you have to make a closed system . Put in a pump to make the water move from hot water heater to pipes in/under dirt . The pipes should be insulated to and from dirt - hot water heater .
As for plans for builting one one - do a seach for solar heating and use water heater instead of solar panel .
Hope this helps .
