You are making me hungry. . . LOL

May I please have a slice of the KL pie?

Eastham, MA

I'll take a Margarita please, with the prosciutto wrapped figs of course.
Your figs look wonderful, I pulled my potted ones out of the garage because it's been so mild here.

According to my "private" Farmer's Almanac, it's going to be a great year. Something to do with Global Warming -- I guess.

I have an easy recipe for KL Pie. Do you want it?

And the figs are promising. These Green Ischias and one transplant whose ancestor originally came over here in a Greek immigrant's suitcase, are the front runners this year.

Be well

:)

Thanks - that would be great!

Simple:

First, buy a pre-baked graham cracker pie shell. (The extra big size,)

One cup lime juice

Two eggs

Two cans of condensed (not evaporated) milk

Mix together

Place pie crust on cookie sheet..

Pour mixture into pie crust (on cookie sheet) and bake at 325 degrees for fifteen minutes (just so eggs are cooked.)

Remove from oven, still on cookie sheet, and allow to cool

Refrigerate, at least a couple of hours

Enjoy

:)
