Updated Maps,,,New Thread

Rockford, IL(Zone 4b)

Good idea. I've had to scroll down to have a lookee.

Columbia Heights, MN(Zone 4a)

I'm in Columbia Heights, Minnesota. People think it is one of the NE suburbs of Minneapolis, but we're in an entirely different county. However, placing me in Minneapolis is close enough.

Central, WI(Zone 4a)

beaker,
Welcome to the maps. I put you just North of Minneapolis,,,as that is where Map Quest showed your location,,,,,my map is kinda small to encompass the whole state so that's the closest I could get you.

Hey, beaker_ch, good to see a neighbor here! It's been a while since I've checked this forum.

Even though you're in a different county, Columbia Heights would still be considered a suburb of Minneapolis and part of the greater 7-county Metro area. (:o)

northeast, IL(Zone 5a)

Can you add me, too. Des Plaines is in the suburbs, just NW of Chicago. The next town over, south and east, from DJM906, if that helps locate it

Central, WI(Zone 4a)

momcat,

sstateham - Beaker does come from the Muppets. I use to have a West Highland White that I named Beaker because when I first got him as a puppy, the hair on the top of his head poked up just like the Muppet Beaker. I had to put him down last year. He was 20 years and 3 months old. I really miss that old guy. I still have another WHW named Reggie who's not so young either, but God willing, will go just as long as ol Beak.

treelover3 - Last I heard CH was still a city unto itself. Just found a PeggieOW in Plymouth yesterday. We'll have to have some chats as spring rolls around and compare garden notes. I'm sure there are more DG members in the area. This is just too good a site. Have been learning lotz and lotz especially about winter madness aka Black Shoe Society. The other sites I've been spending most of my time is Bulbs and Lilies. I've also been watching Morning Glories.

Rockford, IL(Zone 4b)

Small world Beaker. I named the cat that because when she was a kitten she made a similiar sound to the guyon the muppets.

Central, WI(Zone 4a)

Just bumping this up in case we have any new members that want to be added to the map.

Ooh, add me please!! You need more people in Indiana. I should be right between the words Danville and Crawfordsville right next to the Illinois border on the map of Indiana. Cayuga is such a small town that it never makes it on a map!
