Holly Cuttings

Silsbee, TX(Zone 9a)

Has anyone propagated Holly from cuttings? How long does it usually take for roots to form? Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks,

Evergreen hollies cuttings start best from nearly mature wood in late summer. Deciduous hollies should be started from softwood cuttings taken in early summer. They can also be started from layering if only a few are wanted. Cuttings are slow and may take months during with time misting will be required. Al
