i want to maker starter out of it

Beautiful, BC(Zone 8b)

I referred to my book, "Passion Flowers" by John Vanderplank and he refers to spring but I've done cuttings right through to October with bottom heat & misting. He also refers to layering. I just did flats of 'Amethyst', 'Constance Eliott', etc. I have found misting is essential for cutting take. I use a mix of 50% #4 peat/perlite mix, 25% added perlite and 25% sand. I mix in a bit of slow release fertilizer (can't remember which one). If the leaves are big, cut the tips off. Leave only 1 - 2 leaves. Warmth & humidity is the key. Good Luck!

thank-you
