In our Midwest (and NJ) lily threads I posted a lily I proudly presented as "San Souci" which it was not. For that I am very sorry. Here is the real deal... When san souci bloomed I realized my mistake

Goodness, Ken, you've led us astray and went off topic?? I am shocked and appalled. ;) Thanks for the correction.
I suppose we can't kick you off the playground ~ you're too valuable and you have all the prettiest marbles!
I would never lead you down the wrong (garden) path. I was just so happy when it flowers that I never gave it a second thought, until the real "McCoy" started to flower at which time I clearly had to eat crow. Funny thing is that Hit Parade is now higher on my list than San Souci.. Strange how that works out.
Here is "golden age" I think... I can not excactly place it.. but if not, then definitely very close in look).
Lilium "Golden Age" (I think)
I think the top one looks just like A. Dawn Blush, but the pollen and tip are much lighter on yours.
LA Showbiz has lighter pollen and tip. Samur? http://www.lilynook.mb.ca/library/library-LA's.htm Now I'm having visions of lilies floating before my eyes....
Good looking Lilies you have there!
yup they are .
Most of mine ( Blush ) got de-tagged by roofers ,
but a few kept there name and pride .
