What's wrong with my Oriental Pesaro?

Englishtown, NJ(Zone 6b)

This is one of the Orientals I got from aknapp's coop. I just noticed the leaves look terrible. My other Asiatics, Trumpets and Orientals look fine in this garden (except for one other Oriental that doesn't look quite so bad which I have to check if it is also one I got through the coop). Anyone know what is wrong with it and if I can treat it?

Here's a different shot of it.

Looks like a nutrient dificiency (phosphorous ??) In fall, try to replant and mix some potting soil or compost into the native soil ? Have you done soil test lately ? Is this planted near foundation or other area where soil pH could be high ?

KDJ - I am hoping that it's just a nutrient deficiency and not a fungus or something worse. I've never done a soil test, so I can't be sure. This one is planted along with all my other lilies in this garden, so I wonder why just this one and not all the others?
