How to get cuttings from jasmine or honeysuckle
For both jasmine and honeysuckle, I like to use hardwood cuttings. The "feelers" you can pin to the ground and they will root. I just loosen the dirt and pin the stem down with a rock. Takes about a month or so before it's rooted. Be sure that a node is touching the ground, that's where the roots form.
There is a very pretty bright red down the alley, but I have to drive down there to get it. Big dogs terrify me otherwise. I have banished all Japanese from yard because it invades.
hi cala,
