Have seeds and want to know propagation procedure and when to sow?

Delphinium
Kaleem, this is what the Tom Clothier site has to offer about germination:
Delphinium belladonna, cardinale, cashmirianum, chinense, elatum, glareosum, glaucum, grandiflorum, nudicaule, patens, requinni, and tatsienense , Sow at 22-24ºC (71-75ºF), germination in less than 2 weeks
Delphinium exaltatum, and zalil , Sow at Max. 5ºC (41ºF), germination irregular, often several months
I've also seen instructions to chill seeds for a few days, and I've seen info that says they need darkness to germinate. It seems they have come up for me without either of these requirements.
Thank you veru much.
