tootsie, look at the picture I've posted and see if you want some last years seeds from it.

Oh tootsie I am so sorry your seeds didn't germinate for you. :-(
Sorry......................

Mine are starting to bloom now. Triple yellow was the first big one. Lots of small ones on very small plants. Hard to tell what they will look like when they grow up. Thanks for the seed rikerbear.

Excellent! If it were me I'd snip off the blooms on the small plants so as to allow them to spend more energy growing up rather than blooming.
Pictures please :-)

Very interesting...This was my first year growing Daturas. Why would they bloom before they grow up? This one (suppose to be Pink) just put out it's first bloom. But it's huge! How come some bloom while they're small? Is this because of pot size?

I don;t know for sure, but I believe it has something to do with stress. In an effort to set seed before dying it will bloom while small. At least that's my guess :-)

Hmmmm Stress... maybe if not given ample root space. That would be my guess too.

Tell them to just get over it and move on! We all have stress in our lives...

LOL! I'll try that :-)
