Last fall I collected some seeds from the one of the few ironweed plants that I have and then stratified them for about 6 weeks outside in a covered flat of moist peat moss . They have been inside and under lights and on a heat mat for a little over 2 weeks. So far, no signs of life. I have other seeds in the same flat and so far only the prairie smoke is coming up. Is it too soon? Was 6 weeks long enough? Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
