Has anyone ever tried growing bean plants in the bag soil comes in?
Question on growing bean plants
i know people who have planted tomatoes in the bag the soil came in so can't see why beans would be a problem.
I don't see why you couldn't. There won't be many natural soil bacteria present, so unless you want to add nitrogen, make sure you use a legume inoculant.
Thanks!
I've grown parsley and brussel sprouts in the potting soil bags and they dig great! Send us photos if it works out!
