I found some left over canna seeds that I had in my BIO DOME in those little spongy cubes still in there this morning when I was cleaning up...
I guess since their little shells were so hard, they never broke out to be WILD & FREE!! What you you suggest I do with them now??? soak them first maybe in peroxide & water, then put them into pots and pray???
Help!
Rose in Texas
Dwarf Canna seeds
How long have they been in there?
I always file a piece of the seed until I see a tan color and then soak and plant.
My seeds have been in those little cubey things since last spring when I was trying to sprout the little suckers...only a few came up, but these last few didn't...
I think I'm going to try and use the peroxide/distilled water method...I'm really having a lot of good luck with that, but I just needed to know if I nicked the seeds before I did this, so this time they would sprout??
Thanks for the info Windy!
