I heard that Green Tea boosts you metabolism and helps you lose weight.
I have an on-going struggle with my weight so I'll try just about anything.
About 10 days ago I started drinking 1-2 cups of Green Tea per day and I have lost 5 lbs. even though I have not eaten less, changed my diet and I over ate on Thanksgiving and the following day.
I also noticed I get hungry faster between meals so maybe it really is boosting my metabolism!
Anybody else drinking GT and losing weight because of it?
