We dug the last of our potatoes today. We should have plenty to eat all winter & plant the rest next spring.
These are Cascade. A very good baker & all around potato.

Good looking crop. By the way there is absolutely no information on Cascade in the PDB. Please share. Cascade is listed, just no one has added details, commentary or pictures.

You won't be able to find them anyhow. The person that raises the seed is the only one in the U.S. He is about 65 miles from us. He sells most of them to California, then they come back this way at the super markets. The only way to get them is to go directly to his farm, then get lucky if he has some to sell.
