Anybody out there know about harvesting Canna seeds? I can't seem to find any in there. Would love to trade some if I could find them.
Canna seed
If blooms have been pollinated, they should form seeds after blooms fall, do not pick blooms off. Will be little balls/stickers on, let them dry on plant. If none form, I would guess they were not fertile.
Studley sent me an email on this. After the flowers have bloomed, leave them alone. You will start to see these weird looking green pods. Leave them alone too. After they have "browned", you can open them up and see the seeds.
