I know this question's been asked before, I did a search and nothing came up on rooting plumeria cuttings, anybody got any idea, the ends are dry, now, can I just put them in a good potting soil, or does it have to be sand? or what?

I remember reading a thread around here about how ridiculously easy they were to start from cuttings...
good luck!
