Have you ever frozen fresh blueberries? :)

Spokane Valley, WA(Zone 5b)

I did last year, and enjoyed them so much that I bought another half-flat on sale recently to enjoy throughout the winter season!

And it's so easy... rinse them and pick out the bruised ones (for snacks whilst cleaning), dry them off a bit, lay them on a cookie sheet, and place in the freezer. When solid, bag 'em! They taste and retain the firmness of fresh ones when thawed later on, and are actually kinda fun to munch on in their frozen state... and so much better than the frozen blueberries I've tried once or twice from the grocery store. :)
