Help...We have a pond out back of the new home we built and I'm looking for ideas on how to landscape the banks and slope areas so we don't have to mow. Would sedum work? Are there some iris or other plants that like wet feet? Any other ground cover that I could buy in large quanities to cover this area? What trees would like to be planted by the waters edge? Need some ideas and also some possible sites that would sell to me wholesale so I can afford to plant this area. We live in zone 5. Thanks for any and all help you can give me.
