Can ya tell me how to root cuttings of Weigela Florida??
Should it be in soil or water?
When is the best time of year to do this?
Should it be soft green cuttings or hardwood cuttings?
I just love mine, and my Mother is wanting one too. I thought I might be able to root her one from mine.
Can anyone help me out?
Thanks in advance ya'll :)

semi hard wood and you can do it when it isn't blooming, i put mine in dirt or vermiculite and they rooted very easy.
