Gonna need a step by step...
You have a night blooming cereus there. You can pot it up in some cactus soil. But to make sure, post this in the cactus and succulent forum, they are great grower there and can probably give you the exact name. It is of the epiphyllum family.
I wish I could find a nice cutting that size. You lucky you..
