Hi, I was just given some spanish lavender seed pods from a friend. How do I get them started? (They are dryed. ) at least most of them are and dried on the plant. Is now a good time to plant? I'm in zone 8 and it's been really warm during the day ( 70's) and just a bit cool at nite (38 ).
Thanks, Carol
Help! Need info. Spanish Lavender
I grow Spanish Lavender, but have never collected seeds. I would think that you could sow them now, or after danger of last frost, but you probably shouldn't expect to see blooms until next year. You could also do a few inside, in pots...Sorry I wasn't more helpful...
