Now that mine are up and (mostly) flowering, what is the best way to propagate them? They are so very short lived, but so gorgeous.

You can divide them if they are thick. I've hacked off a corner of a clump of them and transplanted to spread to other areas. The leaves will wilt on the new clump when you do this, and it may not "come back" until next spring.
