a neighbour of mine gave me some seeds I was wondering how to start them the hibiscus is from zone 6a she said it was called pink sanddollar? thanks for replying
starting hibiscus (marshmallow) from seed
I would winter-sow a few of them. If they are hardy in zone 6, and you plant and place the container outdoors right now, mother nature will stratify the seeds for you. Just make sure the container doesn't dry out and the animals don't destroy your efforts. Now is the perfect time to winter-sow.
thank you very much for the information I will try it tonight hopefully it will work I put some in my freezer I will try starting them in a jiffy seed tray wish me luck
