Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

Are you sure they're hardy in your zone? (Some sources indicate Prunus avium is only hardy to zone 6, while others indicate they can take more cold than that...) Here are some possible sources:

Adams County Nursery: http://gardenwatchdog.com/c/111/
Cummins Nursery: http://gardenwatchdog.com/c/887/
Rich Farm Garden: http://gardenwatchdog.com/c/2815/
Trees of Antiquity: http://gardenwatchdog.com/c/2407/
Raintree Nursery: http://gardenwatchdog.com/c/105/
Red Barn Garden: http://gardenwatchdog.com/c/1757/
Wallace Woodstock, Inc: http://gardenwatchdog.com/c/2196/

Most of these sources indicate they ship bareroot fruit trees in the spring, but you might luck out and find one that will ship yet this fall :o)
