I have an unrelated question; my lemon tree leaves are curling up and seem deseased. Do you know what kind of bugs/virus/lack-of-nutrient goes on? What should I do?

Thanks,

Thanks, I think that might be the problem but might not be the answer. I have regularly been hosing off all my trees and plants every 2-3 weeks or so, which, according to the link would solve the problem but it does not...

I do see ants crawling all over the curled-up leaves so I am sure there is something there only too small to see. I sprayed today with insecticidal soap; I am hoping that will help.

Thanks for your link!

Zephyrhills, FL

i have a question in regards to citrus trees. I recently planted two small trees in my Florida back yard. I know you are not supposed to use organic mulch on them, but want the area to look a little more asthetically pleasing and wondered about using decorative stones around the trees. Does anyone know if this is ok? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Why can't you use mulch over them? I thought you just had to keep the mulch away from the trunk of the tree but I might be wrong...
