Yep, I've got an interview on Wednesday afternoon. It's for a place on the Graduate Teacher Programme in Stockton, my neighbouring LEA. If I'm accepted they'll try and find me work experience for a year round the local schools. I'll study in my spare time and build up a portfolio relating to my teaching experience. I'll be studying to gain QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
This is an alternative route to the full-time studying at a uni. It will allow me to earn as I learn!
