You can take semi-ripe cuttings in late summer and plant them with in a mixture of neutra to ericaceous potting media and sand/perlite or vermiculite, they should root in 6-8 weeks. Alternatively but taking longer, you can layer them or mound layer them.
Don't know about pollination, it's a part of horticulure I know very little about.
