Started tray of dwarf snow white Delphs last week under lights. Came up, but when I arrived home from work they were drooping and when I touched one, it just broke off at the seed starter mix line. The soil is moist, they are under lights in trays and the temp is a pretty much constant 70. What have I done wrong?
Help Please, Delphinium Problem
to moist? damping off?
my guess-but i may be wrong
hope this url help ... http://www.delphinium.co.nz/GrowFromSeed.htm hopefully someone come around to explain further.
Yes, I believe damping off is the culprit. Inspection of the entire tray and the soiless mix looks like it may have a greenish tinge entirely. I assume this means I have kept too moist. I'm SO disappointed, but will start over tonight and thank you.
