Ive wanted them forever and I got my gardeners supply catalog and took advange of buy 2 get one free.
I got 3-40 cell selfwatering domes
and 3-water guages and im going to try a bag of their germination soil and see if its better-my own test dome! ;]
the domes were 3 for 19.89
guages were 3 for 9.90
soil=5.95 bag
i cant wait to plant more seeds--oh my i need another light!
ordered those seed domes today......
Hi. I got some of those last year. They work well but , I had to be careful not to keep them too wet. Got mold or something growing on the soil a while after I moved them into my little greenhouse.
im wishing i would have ordered the high domes also!
did you have the water guages too?
I've been using the Gardener's Supply propagation trays with the water gauges for several years with great success. Haven't tried any of their soil yet, let me know if you think it's better.
