I got my petunia seeds in today that I ordered. The planting instructions they included where wonderful and it says that they germinate according to colors (pinks, blues, whites first and reds last). That explains why my red ones are always the last to germinate and I am almost ready to give up on them. I had never heard that before thought I would pass that little tidbit along to ya'll. Of course now you might all ready know it.
Interesting info on petunias
How far behind do they lag? Days, weeks, a month?
Thanks
TLC
Thanks for the info.
TLC I had to check my records from last year. The red ones germinated 9 days later than the the other ones.
Oh No !!! I have to wait nine more days :o( Thats so good to know. Now I won't even worry wheather they are going to come up or not. Little tidbits like that are really nice to know.
