I Have always grown them in the garden, but would like to start some from seed and grow in the house through the winter. Possible and a good pepper? TIA
A pepper to grow indoors?
Peppers are self fruitful and will produce in a sunny window.
Smaller varieties are better choices and some of the tiny multicolor hot peppers are quite nice inside.
You need to have a south or west facing window and the temps inside don't need to get extremely cool.(no unheated sunrooms)
The Tobasco pepper is a good chouce and very colorful.
The thick walled juicy peppers won't do as good as the thin walled 'seasoning' peppers.
Thank you so much I think I will try some of the tiny multicolor I know I have seeds doe this on and the tabasco also. Thank you again
