Boxwood (Winter Gem)

Allen Park, MI(Zone 6a)

Does anyone know of a source for Winter Gem Boxwood?

I have a nice border around a rose bed but my 95 pound lab likes to use the end bush as a place to lift his leg; as you might imagaine its toast. I've been unable to find a local source

I think I found it for you. But it seems they only sell wholesale - maybe they will know the retailers they provide this to.

Here are a few you might try if you haven't already (I haven't dealt with any of these sources, so I'm not sure if they're truly retail, nor can I give you any feedback as to the quality of the plants they sell):

Angelica Nurseries: http://www.angelicanurseries.com/docs/catalog/2000b.htm

High Ranch Nursery: http://www.highranchnursery.com/catalog/gen.htm

Magnolia Gardens Nursery:

Garden Connections Online:

You might also try eBay; there may be someone on there who has a few for sale. It also looks like Monrovia Nursery is still marketing Winter Gem, so if you find a local source for Monrovia plants, they may be able to obtain one or two containers for you.

Thanks GoVols
Found what I needed
