This is the first batch. I did about 40 ears yesterday and we have been eating corn on the cob for about 2 weeks. We gave away a dozen ears to a friend. Steve is happy about getting approx. 75 ears this year.

Don't show photos like this, I get hungry ;) I love corn, especially when it is marinated and then grilled :} But it is good as boiled or raw too :D

40 ears?? You really are getting lots of corns, aren't ya? If you ever come here, remember to bring some 'ears' with you ;D

Great looking corn! Mine won't be ready for quite awhile yet.

My favorite way of puttting it up is to cut it off the cob raw into a cake pan, then put about 12 pats of butter on it and enough cream so you can just barely see it through the corn. Pop it in the oven at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. Let it cool and freeze in freezer bags. Yummy creamed corn!
