If my stellas made seeds, and they are more then likely either self crossed, or with the one next to them, will the plants be true stellas?? I am getting a good amount of seeds, and would love to know before I put the plants out in the yard next year what they'll do.
Stella seed question
tiG - the only way to have "true" Stellas would be to propagate them vegetatively. The seeds won't be true to the parent. It doesn't mean they won't be nice plants.... or look similar... they just won't be true stellas.
tiG, Stella makes a great pod parent, sets lots of seeds easily with any pollen you throw at it. Its seedlings very often have its long season of bloom as well. As poppysue said, only way to get a 'true' copy is to divide the clump. John
