Here's the beast I mentioned. I dare not get close enough to brush up against it accidentally, unless I wanna get stuck with thorns!

Simply gorgeous and that's how I like to see them - au natural!!

I'm with you louisa. That is absolutely beautiful. Does that bloom with the little white flowers all year,or just in the spring and early summer? Was looking for something that gets that bushy and blooms, for a certain spot in my yard.

Just blooms in spring with the small white flowers around this time.

(Set to a Cha Cha beat)or (three stooges manthra),
I got my Pyracantha, I got my Pyracantha, I got my Pyracantha!!!
So now, whenever the rain subsides, I will plant my beauty against my plain white garage, and hope to train it.
So HAPPY, HAPPY!! (a gift for mother's day!)

lol Celia - I can do that - the cha-cha!!! Great gift!! Coco the white blooms turn to berries for the fall!! I know of people who cut off the blooms because they are 'dead' looking not knowing they are cutting off the berries to come!! The same people do exactly that with the tall Nandina too!!

LOL Celia :} Cha-Cha-Cha

Louisa, why in the world would anyone want to cut the blooms off? What a shame.

Because the flowers die off Coco.
