Have an offer for a cutting of hoya, but don't know how to propagate. This is a hoya tri-color. All help appreciated!

How to propagate hoya?
I agree with KHT, just put them in potting mix and that's about it.
Thanks ladies! I've never had a hoya; and my friend offered me a cutting. Looks like it might be a new addiction! :)

Do you ladies have greenhouses or are you doing your propagating indoors? I have a Hoya cutting that I rooted last fall and have been babying it all winter. Don't know if it's tri-color or not. Some chartreuse varigation is on a few of the leaves and the tip three leaves show a slight dark color. It has grown about eight inches. This plant caught my attention in 1993 and I did not learn it's name until last September when I saw it displayed at the State Fair by a Master Gardener. Hope it is tri-color.

Sayre, I have a greenhouse, but I started mine last summer.
Just a thought - when it does flower, don't cut them off when they die, as the new flowers come on top of the old ones.
