cancelled foreign stamps

Hi
There is a boy at church that is collecting cancelled stamps. I will trade US stamps (not cancelled) or seeds for these to give to him. I have given him all I had, but I haven't done that many foreign trades and all the stamps were the same one with a person wearing a bird mask.
I can also send rooted cuttings of phlox or veronica if this is allowed.
