Yes, will root cuttings as soon as they come up, when ground gets warm, usually May or June, then I pot and they have giant blooms on them by fall, can be shipped then

Well they certainly do root easily then!! I have two Hibiscus, but I bought the wrong ones thinking they were the tree shrub, although they are pretty. They are the smaller double blooms and I much prefer the single flowers!!
