My pregnant onion plant recently lost her roots to a cat. She is still small. How would I get her roots back and healthy again?

Hi Rachel,
From what I can tell, it takes 3 or 4 months for roots to regrow. Keep in the soil and make sure it has adequate moisture and the roots should regrow.
Happy Gardening,
