Hello im fairly new to the forum and couldn't find anything through the search bars. I have had these snake plants for 4 plus years and all of a sudden this year almost all of them started to look like this. Can anyone help me identify what the issue is and how to fix it? Thank you so much in advance and happy holidays.

My guess would be either too much sun or not enough water. Have you changed their position or how often you water them recently?
They generally prefer bright, indirect light rather than direct sunlight. And the more crowded the plants become in the pot, the more quickly they will dry out.
