I need the experts to explain this plant. I have two dwarfs approximately 1-1/2 years old. The plant is gorgeous, no complaints. As soon as the colder weather hit last year, both plants exploded in bloom. In winter (California winter), they get zero sun where they are planted yet both plants were in bloom for several months. Once March hit, all the blooms left and have not returned. Our summer has been very mild so far (70) and they now get sun but no blooms. They are watered well but not overly watered. Is this normal blooming for them? No summer bloom? Thank you
