SOLVED: ID for these leafy green plants which arrived suddenly out of nowhere

Oxford, United Kingdom

I have these leafy green plants that arrived all of a sudden in a bunch together. I haven't seen them there before.
I wondered at first if they were foxgloves, and I left them, but I'm not so sure now.
Can anyone identify them for me? I'm in southern UK.
Many thanks.

They look like foxgloves to me too.

The only other other one I thought of was a verbascom, a mullein. But there are many species and I know so few.
I see Verbascum thapsus is common in England so I imagine other ones are too..

Thank you very much. I will keep them then and assume they are foxgloves (hopefully). I'm looking forward to seeing what colour they will be ...
