Would someone be able to help me identify this plant?
Succulant?
It is a fasciated, or cristate mutation of a Euphorbia, perhaps E. lactea.
The person who I met that had this plant just told me it's an Euphorbia trigona ‘cristata’

I don’t agree. E. trigona leaves are more narrow and thin-textured; the cristate form has some silver on the stems. Also the cristate lactea is far more common.
