I took this photo in 2014, at a garden visit, and I freely admit it is a terrible photo. Having said that, I feel like its identity is just out of reach in the back of my mind somewhere. It has small white flowers in Spring. (why I didn't get a closer shot I don't know), SIGH!
The second photo is a blow up of part of the original - it's the clearest I can show the flowers, unfortunately.
Any ideas?
