1st one is similar to Opuntia basilaris.

The 2nd one, I wish you had a better photo of the plant itself. .

The 3rd one is Agave attenuata. A Dr.Seuss agave with that great bloom stalk!

The 4th one reminds me of a Texas sage but tomorrow I might look further at Texas bushes for the flowers do not look right. I think I have seen this one at Ruth Bancroft Garden here.

I knew I had seen this one. It is fairly common, even as a ground cover. I also saw it growing wild on the seaside hills of Tomales Bay which was so cool..

I think it is an Aeonium haworthii.
