Help with Big Spineless Prickly Pear

Toronto, Canada

Hello everyone,

New to the forum and I was hoping to get some help. I have a 6ft Spineless Prickly Pear Cactus that is not doing so well. I was given the cacti by an elderly woman who couldn't look after her plants anymore. I have had it about a year and it suddenly has started to lean, and some of the pads are now shriveling up and dying. A lot of the bigger pads also now require support to be held up. I live in an apartment which has made lighting an issue but i purchased 3 pretty powerful grow lights that give it light 12 hours a day. When I got the plant it was severely root bound so I transplanted it into a bigger pot about 4 months after I got it when it was showing signs of struggling. Any and all help would be much appreciated!
