Grow Lights for Succulents

I've been growing cacti and succulents (Pachypodium, Cereus, Euphorbia, etc) on an 8' x 2' table under three of the single versions of this fixture:

Everything is doing fine, but those fixtures are so noisy because of the fans. I'm looking at fan-less grow lights now and having a hard time choosing the right one. Has anyone here had experience growing succulents under grow lights with Quantum boards? I'm looking at various lights from Mars Hydro (their SP 150), Spider Farmer (SF 600, G3000), several from HLG...

Could anyone here recommend any of those features based either on their specs, or better yet, personal experience? Thanks!
