Does anyone know what this is? It is not a Hosta.

It is a lungwort which makes me think of a lung wart which cannot be a good thing. LOL Odd name for such a fun plant. They have really sweet flowers too. Comes in lots of patterns. I used to collect them. Pulmonaria

You need to look thru them for 1 with a pattern just like yours.

It doesnt look like that. Lungwort is more sparce. I am also in zone 7.

joelcoqui, I have never seen a sparse Pulmonaria. The ones I see are so full of leaves, part of their charm and impact.

They survive in many zones, yours included. Usually zones 3 - 9, Mine did well in zone 9B.

I am trying to think of what else yours could be. I just love yours so much. A plant people take notice of, whatever it may.
